Well-designed, huge room with magnificent views over garden. A tub in the bathroom. Good and marvellous location, by plants for dipping in. Adjacent to downtown, the restaurant, and Mexico City.

The hotel's restoration is magnificent and with a spectacular breakfast. The calm that one breathes in the whole enclosure makes it an ideal place to rest and replenish forces, in addition it helped us to overcome the visit to Cuernavaca that was very disappointing, since the only thing of interest that the locality has, which is the Palace of Hernán Cortes, has been closed for two years. In general, the hotel is highly recommended, it has a spa and a massage room.

man who attended the reception when we arrived, despite having a reservation for a room with a terrace, gave us one without a terrace, was like a bunker and also the window overlooking an alley and room was dreary, we went to claim, he gave us one with a terrace but in the same place and view was of an inner garden, had to be his companion that when he realized the "maneuver" He told her that she would be the one in charge of doing the check-in and from then on it was all wonderful, she attended us with great professionalism, she took us to see other rooms and we loved the first one, since they were overlooking the general garden and in the center of the hotel. treatment given by the man who attended us seemed to me to be pitiful and made us feel like third class guests, on the contrary his companion took away that bad taste from our mouths and helped us to have a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gardens were extensive and beautifully maintained, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including three swimming pools, one of which was heated. Additionally, the hotel offered painting classes, adding a unique touch to our experience. The staff was excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

    No negatives from this place.

It's a place with a beautiful garden, very friendly staff.

The wait is very long, the time of delivery of rooms, if it is heavy to wait until 3 pm.. There are many events and too many people all the time. To spend with pool clothes between weddings and baptisms is not pleasant. You should look for a place where you won't disturb the people staying in the hotel, because it doesn't get very pleasant to be in the pool and there are people swarming all over the place. They use the green areas as a garden for events and that bothers the people staying in the hotel . Breakfast must also be shared with many people who come from outside to have breakfast and they give you tables without a tablecloth, you have to wait for the coffee because the staff does not give enough to the diners who appear from outside. Dinner has nothing new, it is the same menu as in the afternoon, they take a long time to attend because the staff has them setting up tables.

The hotel itself is good, the gardens are beautiful, unfortunately not all rooms meet standards of spaciousness, comfort, etc. We were able to confirm this because of the three rooms we were assigned, the three were different in terms of space, comfort and amenities offered, this regardless of the fact that each of the rooms paid exactly the same for them. In the building that is next to the street there is no elevator. We with a stroller suffered a lot going up and down 3 floors. People with disabilities or older people will suffer from staying in that building. In general the whole hotel is fine. The attention of the Valet Parking is very fast and efficient.

The pillows on the beds must be changed, they are not comfortable, they are watery and they do not allow you to rest well. The waiters at the New Year's Eve party offered by the hotel for the modest amount of $2000 pesos were improvised, the attention left much to be desired. As we were uncorking bottles of champagne, obviously we asked the waiter to put them to cool, to which he replied "we no longer have coolers sir an apology", later I stopped and observed several empty coolers near the bar and I said "what a little" ... I insisted again that if he could support us with cooling the champagne bottles and said I could put them in a large bucket that were shared with other tables. What happened? The waiter forgot to put the ice in the bucket! We had to drink the hot champagne! Hosteria las Quintas, don't put improvised people in events like a New Year's Eve!

Beautiful area, amazing breakfast with fresh baked bread, smoothies, and custom options. Large rooms, lovely garden with native plants. Friendly staff and eco-friendly efforts. Excellent, clean rooms. Great restaurant and pools. A bit too warm by the bar pool, but the second pool was cooler. Enjoyable stay, would come back.

place is very nice. spectacular gardens. It has a traditional Mexican flavor but with a certain luxury. It is an ideal place to rest. room we were assigned was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful details such as the fireplace and terrace. staff is very friendly and attentive, best thing about the hotel. food is quite good although it is not cheap, restaurant and terrace where they serve the buffet are worth a visit.

bathroom has a closed window that could be changed so that it can be opened to avoid the annoying extractor fan that is placed inside the shower that cools you down while you are bathing and makes a terrible noise. You need a towel rail or a hook to hang towels in the sink area. coffee maker in the room is very "flirty", impractical. mattresses are not as comfortable and pillows leave a lot to be desired.
